3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide:
- Accurate project information & brand assets
- Logos
- Platform access or recordings (if required)
- Timely feedback
Project delays caused by missing information may affect delivery schedules.
4. Revisions
Each package includes the number of revisions specified at purchase.
Additional revisions outside the included scope may incur additional fees.
5. Delivery
Typical delivery times range from 5–7 business days, depending on the project scope.
Complex projects or requested revisions may extend delivery timelines.
6. Intellectual Property & Portfolio Rights
Upon full payment, the final delivered video becomes the property of the client.
We retain ownership of:
- Internal production templates
- Animation systems
- Workflow assets
- Proprietary production methods
Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, and promotional materials. Clients requesting complete confidentiality must notify us before production begins.
