- Feature-to-Benefit Sequencing: We walked through the unified inbox, automated follow-ups, and online invoicing in the order Harry actually needs them, not the order they appear in the product.
- Before-and-After Framing: We built the video around the shift from scattered, hours-long admin work to a few smooth, automatic steps.
- Growth-Focused Close: We ended on the time Harry gets back, tying the product directly to his ability to grow the business.
